The two integrated business software packages that dominate the microcomputer market are ClarisWorks 3.0 and Microsoft Works 4.0. ClarisWorks 3.0 is a well-balanced package with several useful features, including a shortcut palette and a Presentation Assistant. The package is document-based and all applications can be reached through the document that is being worked on. Its main drawback is that it use a large amount of storage space. Microsoft Works 4.0 is the market leader in integrated software, mainly because users trust the Microsoft name. The package is easy to use and has an on-screen help feature.
